How long does the Sugar Detox Last?

The Sugar Detox is a 10-day challenge, each day includes a lesson and a corresponding assignment but you will have access for 30 days so you have the flexibility of choosing a start date that works for you. 

Are there any additional costs involved?

If you choose to use our meal plans and programs, there could be additional costs for food items you may not have on hand, but this is optional.

Are recipes included?

Yes! We include delicious, zero-deprivation recipes in the 10-Day Sugar Detox Meal Plan that comes with your purchase. We also have over 500 of our own recipes on our website which are all approved for use in the 10-Day Sugar Detox. 

Can I access the materials after the detox is over?

The workbook and meal plan are yours to keep forever. The lesson videos will be available to replay in the private Facebook group and you will have access to the group for 30 days.

Where do I access my materials?

After you join the detox, be on the lookout for an email from hello@thinlicious.com. This email will include links to download your materials as well as all other details you will need in order to participate in the detox.

What if I have questions about the detox?

You can ask your questions during the daily live sessions with your Sugar Detox coach, or you can ask them in the private Facebook group set up for this challenge.

What should I do after I detox from sugar?

To keep your momentum going we recommend joining our Thin Adapted System (TAS) program to reach your overall health and weight loss goals. TAS isn’t another crash diet—it’s a science-backed approach designed to help you lose weight, balance hormones, and permanently fix your metabolism.
